My little old Cow

I would like to share this story with my fellow ULTM members and guests and want to have a time with you to think over it.

The story goes like this, There were Two Monks on a pilgrimage.
One was very old but a high priest and the other one was young and a newbie, just recently become a monk.
One day they were tired out from a all day long walking and it was growing dark.
They needed to find a place for spend one night over.
They found one old and shabby cabin at the end of a cliff.
There were no other houses or any places looked like people living so they had to go and ask to stay in one night.
The owner of that crummy hut was a husband and wife in their 40s and they had 5 children.
the man replied "Yes" to the asking for over night kindly but vigorless and

He said

"We do not have any food for you,Sir, As you have seen this place on the way here.

 there is no fertile land at all, only sharp cliff, it is dangerous liveing this area.

 Nevertherless, We are lucky to have a cow so all 7 people in my family are live on the cow milk, We just drank all up for today's milk

 and I am not sure the cow can give us a milk tomorrow, it is also getting old.

 That is my biggest concern now, How I could support my family without the cow....."

All the time the man mentioned He was under the dark shadow of anxiety and disheartening.

 

The old monk replyed pleasantly with smile that  We will stay just one night and tomorrow at dawn we will be on the way keep going this pilgrimage, Don't worry about us. just take care of your family. Just letting us inside your place is very kind of you.....

When the man went back to his place. the young monk said

"Master, I think the husband is very nice perso who know the gratitude and Humility.

 In this harsh conditioni, He thanks to the only cow and do his best to support his family....."

 

but the high prest's face was totally changed and said to the young one

"...tomorrow at dawn before we make our way, you lead the old cow to the cliff and push it down!

    and make it sure the cow is definately dead! go down and check.....

    the man you mentioned highly of, he is the worst man I have ever seen. the worst husband and worst father....."

 

the young monk was incrediblely stunned and speechless.

but he had to do what high prist told to him.

 

very early morning he did exactly the old moke told to him, the cruel and ruthless thing.

It is as if killing whole family, 7 people......

 

The young monk thought that the old monk, he did not want to call him hight presit any more, was very upset when they allowed into that shabby house without any food at all. even thought the old monk known as hight priest but the old one also very hungry and tired out.

so he wanted to make some kind of revange to him.

The young monk was discorded with old monk as well as himself

Do I have to do this pilgrem with this wicked old monk?

I am not a monk, I am a murderer!

Then He said to the old monk, I can't go with you any more, I need to find the way on my own.

Then the old monk said to young one, Okay you can go yourself but do not go back to the cabin within 3 years.

That is only one condition I let you go alone.

The young one said How dare I can go back to the house...I literally murdered whole family.......

then The old monk said precisely, think of the cow....that is good or bad? any way, peace be with you, Bon voyage!
