I have a deep thought about my leadership skill?

1st Question? Do I have a Leadership?, Leadership Skill?
My answer to this question is Yes!
But it is Not because of me but because of each and all person.
All have a leadership skill.
Why? Who do you think they are leader?
we all belong to a family, husband, wife or brother and sister, father or mother
boss or supervior in your work or among your colleage you are older or senior then somebody else.
when you have to decide something, you have got to determine something on any matter
then you are a leader.
I think, we can make it a broader sense that, Leadership on my own.
So, we are all leader and definatly have a certain type of leadership.

Then My leadership? What is it?
what is my style and how I can express my Leadership in a speech formality?
The best means to express my leadership skill.....then I have got to talk about my soccer team.
As all of ULTMers know that I am crazy about playing soccer and now every Wednesday I play it.

When I firts joint my company soccer team 6 years ago.
there were only 8 players, 8! Holy how....
Soccer is supposed to play 11 players made one team, isn't it?
but how come a big company soccer team is 8?

after I played one game I figured out the reason why.
that time my team had a soccer game on Sat. morning 8~10.
Saterday moring before 7 am. wake up, drove my car to the soccer pitch with so much excitment of play soccer.
but once the game begun, all senior players are yelling and shouting
hey...pass here....why don't you run fast.....you go there....,,,,,you come here
It was exactly like the soccer played in Army....so called Army soccer...
and the best player who is youger than the senior player...they have to keep silence and playing...
No team play....nor team player.

After the game, soccer team;s mood is changed to cheerful and bright and repeatedly saying this words
"Do not keep the words you heard at the ground, it was all for playing game and for our team....."
"Do not take it personal....."

2012, I was almot 10 years career man in my company
but I also got strong doubt and regret about playing soccer in the company team.
Why I have to wake up early at Sat. morning and drive my car on my cost and heard a lot of foul languages and wasting my strenth.....
That is why a company with more than 1,000 employees has a soccor team with 8 players.
That is why the youngest player was 38years old man, no player with 20s or early or middle of 30s.
That means not any more new members want to join our team.

So I volunteered for soccer team staff, and changed just one thing and told old members that
- NO criticising at all on the ground
- NO negative yelling at all
- NO demanding to other players

Instead
- only Positive shouting for bost up the team mood
- Clapping a lot for suporting
- if any player make mistake, shouting...."Okay~~"
- only positive words, only positive!

if senior or best player want to teach or say something on the other player's performance
just after game. NOT on the ground in the middle of playing!

Since that
And now, our soccer team have more than 50 members and among them 20 players
participating every weeks game in Ulsan.
And now I am a director.

My Leadership style is not Charisma, not Excellent skill, not super fast speed.
but really want to have good harmony of team.
when a team, a group, a company has a the best of hormony then can get through any adversity and accomplish higher goal.
and my leadership is to have that hormony.
