What’s the new fitness craze these days? Cross Fit is a training program that is whipping people into shape.

Each class is made up of varied and challenging workouts. It will test a different part of your strength. There’s no specializing in one particular thing. Every day there is a workout prescribed for everyday. It is completely scalable based on your skill. They are typically 20 minutes or less and intense. They demand all-out physical exertion. Workouts combine movements such as sprinting, rowing, climbing rope, and flipping tires. Cross Fit also uses equipment like kettle bells and medicine balls. Cross Fit, lnc. licenses the Cross Fit name to gym for an annual fee and certificates trainers.
