YD & SE의 한국 휴가로 오랫만에 YM사람들끼리 모여 점심을 했다.
내 예상과 같이 GM은 아무 말이 없었다. 문제의 핵심, 사람들이 가장 궁금해 하는 것이 무엇인지 분명히 알면서도 문제의 핵심을 피해가는 변죽적인 내용의 소용 없는 말들...
누가, 언제, 무엇을, 어떻게 결정 내려질 것이라는 핵심적인 말은 피하는 것이다.
과연 본인이 희망하는 것을 얻을 수 있을까? 정말 그것이 얻어진다면, 이 조직에 대해서 깊게 다시 생각 해 봐야 할일 일 것이다.
하루가 길다.
With the YD’s and SE’s vacation to Korea, all of the Yemen staffs got together for a lunch in a long while (after a while, in ages, after all these years)
As I expected GM didn't say anything at all except the words beating around the bush and evading the heart of the matters which is everybody wondering and curious about the personnel transfers.
He was busy with avoiding from who, when, what, how the decision would be made.
Would he get what he wishes? If it is really so, I should rethink about this organization deeply again.
Each and every one is just running away from his vocational obligations.
A day is very long…
