준우, 재우 일주일 생활 계획표....^^ 2013-04-17 준우는 1학년이 되어 학교에 입학을 했고 재우는 어린이 집에서 유치원으로 원을 옮겼다. 준우는 1학년이지만, 벌써 부터 학교에서 급식을 먹고 오고(나는 3학년이 되어서야 도시락을 갖고 다녔던 것 같은데...) 태권도, 미술, 영어 학원등이 있고 재우도 구몬을 시작해서 각자의 주간 생활 계획표를 짜 주었다. 날마다...내일은 할 일이 무엇이 있나 계획표를 쳐다보는 아들들을 보면서... 아빠보다 더 계획적이고 열심히 생활하는 멋진 남자가 되길 바랍니다.

(축구) 시선 처리 연습!! 2013-04-08 태어나서 처음으로.....걸어 오면서.....시선 처리를 의식하면서 걸어왔다 결국은 발 앞에 있는 볼과 필드 여기 저기에 산재 해 있는 팀 동료를 찾는 눈이 거의 동시에 이루어 져야 하는 것! 이를 위해서는 절대 머리를 숙이지 않은채, 시선만 아래와 볼을 주시함과 동시에 구장 전체를 둘러보는 빠른 시선처리의 연습이 필요한 것! 특히 달려 붙은 상대 MF 및 DF의 시선과 얼굴을 주시 할 것! 현재까지 경기하면서 상대 선수의 얼굴! 특히 시선을 본 적이 있는가? 단 한번도 없었다는 통렬한 진실!!!!! 깨닭음 !! =>필드의 시야는 결국 시선 처리인 것이다!!
